Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy newborns with no known diseases; 2) Newborns or infants with suspected HIE or intracranial hemorrhage; 3) Newborns or infants suspected of having other brain abnormalities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Newborns or infants who are unable to complete a brain ultrasound scan due to any circumstances; 2) Newborns or infants whose final diagnosis is unclear.
