Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age =65 years old; (2) ASA ?-?; (3) Selective laparoscopic colorectal surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of gastrointestinal motility disorders and abdominal surgery; (2) vital organ dysfunction, such as severe liver and kidney dysfunction, second or third degree atrioventricular block, or tachyarrhythmia (baseline heart rate 800 mL); (7) ASA ?-?, emergency surgery, and conversion to open surgery.
