Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) patients with ACL injury confirmed by MRI or other imaging examinations 2) Unilateral limb injury 3) receive arthroscopic ACLR with hamstring tendon or gracilis tendon autograft 4) The first ACL injury 5) aged 16-50 years 6) Be able to strictly cooperate with training 7) sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) combined with other ligament injuries and fractures 2) There are serious medical diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and exercise contraindications such as osteoporosis 3) previous knee injury or surgery history 4) history of central or peripheral nerve damage
