Rectal cancer

Interventions

Group A:Set permissive hypercapnia (PEEP is 5 cmH2O, PetCO2 is maintained at 46~55mmHg)
Group B:Set up driven pressure titration PEEP ventilation (titrate PEEP, PetCO2 is maintained at 35~45mmHg)
Group C:Set up driven pressure titration PEEP combined with permissible hypercapnia (titrate PEEP, PetCO2 maintained at 46~55mmHg)

65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 65-80 years old, BMI 16-28kg/m2, ASA grade II.-III., no history of mental illness, no serious heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to sign informed consent; presence of anemia (hemoglobin < 110 g/L) before surgery; Glaucoma or eye surgery, suspected intracranial hypertension; have serious diseases of the cardiovascular, respiratory and endocrine systems; Have a history of neurological disease or previous cerebrovascular accident; Have a mental illness or take psychotropic drugs for a long time.
