Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria: Histopathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Inclusion criteria: ? Determine the patients who will undergo chemotherapy; ? Age = 18 years old; ? Be able to complete the required research questionnaire independently or with the help of researchers; ? Informed of the diagnosis and agreed to accept the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? tumor recurrence or metastasis; ? Have cognitive impairment and can't express their ideas accurately; ? Severe systemic infection, or combined with other serious physical diseases such as limb dysfunction, ascites, anemia, renal function damage, infection, and heart disease; ? Have other psychiatric history or central nervous system diseases; ? Being treated with steroids; ? Pregnant; ? Receiving hospice care.
