Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis and genu varus; (2) After special physical examination of orthopedics and ultrasound examination of knee joint musculoskeletal, it is clear that the anterior and posterior cruciate ligament, internal and external collateral ligament, patellar ligament and joint capsule of the knee joint are complete and continuous; (3) Age 35-85 (including 35 and 85), male and female; (4) Be able to correctly understand the study and have good compliance with the evaluation and operation of researchers; (5) Volunteer to join the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The knee joint has been seriously injured in the past, resulting in low joint function, severely limited range of motion or joint ankylosis. (2) Knee osteoarthritis secondary to knee joint tumor, tuberculosis, rheumatoid arthritis, hemophilia, gout and other diseases. (3) Those with severe diseases of heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system. (4) Those with neurogenic inability to perceive joint movement well or with psychosis unable to control joint movement independently. (5) Pregnant or lactating women. (6) Those who cannot insist on completing the study protocol or whose data are incomplete and cannot determine the curative effect.
