Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with chronic neck pain (1) Age in the 20-80 years old, all right-handed; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic neck pain; (3) There is no obvious chronic pain in other parts of the body, such as chronic headache, lumbar and leg pain, etc.; (4) Education level: primary school education level or above; (5) VAS:=3 points, lasting for more than three months; (6) Willing to cooperate with the study, have good compliance, and sign the informed consent form. 2.Inclusion criteria for the healthy subjects (1) Age between 20-80 years old, all right-handed; (2) No history of chronic neck pain and pain in other sites; (3) Education level: primary school education level or above; (4) Willing to cooperate with the study, have good compliance, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for patients with chronic neck pain (1) Other diseases of the patient cause neck and shoulder pain, such as trauma, tumor, periarthritis of shoulder, etc.; (2) Central nervous system diseases; (3) Medical history of alcoholism and abuse of prohibited drugs; (4) Combined with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other life-threatening diseases. 2.Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects (1) Pain caused by other diseases of the patient; (2) Central nervous system diseases; (3) Medical history of alcoholism and abuse of prohibited drugs; (4) Combined with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other life-threatening diseases.
