18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the patient is at least 18 years old. 2. clinical, endoscopic, imaging and pathological criteria confirm the diagnosis of Crohn's disease 3. preoperatively evaluated by clinical and MRI for refractory anorectal stenosis 4. receiving stable pharmacological treatment preoperatively or postoperatively 5. Informed about the content of this study, voluntary participants, all of whom signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with inflammatory strictures, or fibrous strictures that can be treated with dilation or endoscopy 2. Patients with anorectal strictures caused by tuberculosis, malignancy, radiation therapy and drugs. 3. Patients with significant perianal-rectal infection. 4. Patients with metal objects in the body, such as dentures, steel plates, pacemakers, birth control rings, etc. that cannot be examined by MRI. 5. Patients who voluntarily withdraw from the study and those whose poor cooperation prevents the acquisition of important information.
