Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with diabetes (ICD-10-CM: E10-E14) (2) Age = 18 years old (3) Patients who can communicate normally in Mandarin or Cantonese

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diabetic patients with foot ulcers or amputation (2) Bedridden or unable to stand, unable to cooperate with examinations (3) Exclude patients with missing BMI, lifestyle record information, and laboratory test data
