Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?All patients met the diagnostic criteria for urinary retention caused by SCI; ? Those with stable vital signs and no other complications; ? Incomplete SCI; ? All patients had varying degrees of urinary retention, whose clinical manifestations were mainly bladder distension with difficulty in urination or incomplete urination, lower abdominal distension and discomfort, the residual urine volume was > 100 mL by B-ultrasound examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Those who belong to the SCI shock period; ?Complete SCI;?Patients with severe urethritis or cystitis; ?Those with contraindications to electroacupuncture; ? Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; ? Those who are unconscious or have mental illness and do not cooperate with treatment.
