Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection under general anesthesia were of all genders, =18 years old, and ASA grade I ~ III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Preoperative patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, recent history of upper respiratory tract infection and asthma, BMI=30kg/m2, Increased risk of aspiration (e.g., gastroesophageal reflux disease, hiatal hernia, and pregnancy), patients with expected difficult airways (e.g., restricted mouth opening, oropharyngeal lesions, and limited neck mobility), thoracic adhesion, switch to open-heart surgery, preoperative throat discomfort, cognitive impairment, and inability to communicate normally.
