Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients =18 years old; ? Patients admitted to the emergency department of Shenzhen Baoan District People's Hospital; ? Patients with suspected ACS.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severe arrhythmia, heart failure, pericardial disease, myocardial disease, or valvular heart disease; ? Patients with high risk chest pain such as tension pneumothorax, aortic dissection, esophageal rupture and pulmonary thromboembolism; ? History of myocardial infarction and cardiac surgery; ? Combined with malignant tumor; ? Complicated with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
