Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 55 years old; ? Able to communicate normally in Mandarin; ? Has a certain level of understanding and judgment ability, is aware of the investigation purpose, and agrees to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? AD patients with mental and behavioral abnormalities; ? Severe hearing or language impairment; ? Individuals with severe physical illness who are unable to cooperate in completing the investigation; ? Participants in MRI examinations are excluded from those with metal implants such as pacemakers, nerve stimulators, arterial stents, artificial metal heart valves, aneurysm clips (excluding non paramagnetic titanium alloys), metal foreign body residues near important organs, and those with claustrophobia.
