Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Syncope group: (1) patients who had experienced at least one or more episodes of syncope in the past (syncope was defined in the 2022 European guidelines as a transient loss of consciousness caused by transient global hypoperfusion, characterized by rapid onset, transient, self-limited and complete recovery); (2) age ranged from 14 to 75 years old. Non-syncope group: (1) patients who had never experienced syncope; (2) age ranged from 14 to 75 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Tumor, chronic renal insufficiency, epilepsy, pseudosyncope
