Conditions

Alzheimer's disease

Interventions

Gold Standard:CDR or MMSE test shows the performance of cognition impairment
Positive results of [11C]-PiB
Index test:Compare the difference between the PET imaging results of the new 18F-labeled Aß plaque imaging agents and [11C]-PiB in enrolled subjects, and the difference of distributed patterns between
Calculation of Standard uptake value (SUV) and standard uptake value ratio (SUVR) of the new 18F-labeled Aß plaque imaging agents and [11C]-PiB in different regions of interest.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to Petersen and other diagnostic criteria, AD subjects were included in the following criteria: (1) The subjects or their family members complained of obvious memory impairment; (2) Objective memory impairment (such as object memorization, recall, delayed memory, etc.); ?CDR=0.5; ?MMSE 11-26 points; Meet DSM IV and NINCDS-ADRDA Alzheimer's disease dementia criteria. The entry criteria of healthy control group included: ? overall health status; ?CDR=0; ? No complaints of memory impairment. Cognitive function was normal by the combined screening of MMSE (28-30 points) and MOCA (26-30 points).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In addition to the usual exclusion criteria for MRI use (such as endovascular medical devices, such as aneurysm clips), the exclusion criteria for all groups included: ? history of stroke, HIS > 4 points; ? Alcohol addiction; (3) Major mental illnesses: including anxiety disorders, emotional disorders, major psychosis, or drug-induced psychosis; Neurological diseases: including brain tumors, craniocerebral trauma, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, etc. (5) Serious medical conditions, currently using respiratory drugs, cardiovascular drugs, anticonvulsants or psychoactive substances; ? Severe hearing and visual impairment.
