Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primipara with a singleton pregnancy confirmed by B-ultrasound 2. Age = 18 years old 3. in the last trimester of pregnancy 4. No pregnancy or other organic diseases 5. Have a certain understanding ability, proficient in using Mandarin and Chinese characters 6. Can master the users of WeChat public accounts and WeChat groups 7. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study 8. There were no inclusion criteria for maternal spouses, and spouses were automatically included after maternal inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to epidural anesthesia (e.g., coagulopathy, etc.) 2. People with mental or psychological diseases 3. Those with serious organic diseases 4. Attend other painless childbirth educators at the same time
