Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA: Level I-III 2) Age: 18-80 years old 3) Patients undergoing major surgery under general anesthesia 4) The postoperative hospital stay is expected to be at least two days 5) Sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Do not cooperate with the completion of EEG monitoring or scale test 2) Previous history of major neurological diseases such as stroke, epilepsy or dementia and related drug use 3) Major mental illness such as depression and related drug use history 4) A clinical diagnosis of chronic pain, persistent or intermittent pain for more than 3 months, and a history of chronic pain drug abuse 5) Serious adverse reactions such as cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation occurred during the operation 6) Patients who need to be sent to ICU after surgery
