Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 18 and 65 years old. A diagnosis of depression, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia. In stable medical condition, with no acute mental health crises within the past six months. Ability to understand and agree to research procedures. Physical ability is suitable for exercise, as confirmed by PAR-Q Plus assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unclinically recognized mental illness. Experiencing an acute mental health crisis or hospitalization within the past six months. Have severe cognitive impairment and are unable to understand the study or provide informed consent. Contraindications to physical activity, based on PAR-Q Plus assessment. Participate in other structured exercise programs. There is no commitment to adhere to study timelines and procedures. Lack of communication tools required for remote monitoring. The place of residence exceeds the study implementation area (non-Guangzhou area).
