Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnostic criteria for diabetes are as follows: ? Fasting blood glucose: Refers to monitoring blood glucose at least 8-10 hours after the last meal, when there is no calorie intake. The fasting blood glucose of normal individuals is 3.9-6.0 mmol/L. When the blood sugar is 6-7 mmol/L, the diagnosis is that the fasting blood sugar is impaired, which is the pre diabetes state. ? Blood sugar at any time: Refers to the ability to detect blood sugar anytime and anywhere, regardless of the last meal time, also known as real-time blood sugar. The blood sugar at any time, if more than 11.1 mmol/L, can be diagnosed as diabetes. If the blood sugar value at any time is between 7.8 and 11.1 mmol/L, it is the intermediate state of pre diabetes. ? Glucose tolerance test: after taking 75 g of glucose, the patient's blood glucose is measured for 2 hours. If it is greater than or equal to 11.1 mmol/L, the patient is diagnosed as diabetes. If any of the above criteria is met, it can be diagnosed as diabetes. However, in clinical practice, for the sake of accuracy, the examination is often repeated. If the same result is obtained, diabetes can be diagnosed. ? Diagnostic criteria for stable coronary heart disease: refer to the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Stable Coronary Heart Disease" ? The diagnostic criteria for diabetes with coronary heart disease are as follows: ? It meets the WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes. ? Have a history of angina, heart failure, and myocardial infarction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subject age = 75 years old; Secondary hypertension, various hematological diseases, concurrent infections, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, liver and kidney dysfunction, severe cardiac insufficiency, malignant tumors, and other diseases; High risk groups for iodine contrast agents and patients with previous iodine contrast agent allergies; Pregnant and lactating women.
