Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects feel good subjectively; Age =18 years old; Not taking any medication within a week; Local residence for more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with any of the following conditions are not allowed to participate in this study: (1) pregnancy or menstruation; (2) Patients with bleeding or thrombotic diseases, and taking drugs that affect coagulation function, such as clopidogrel and aspirin, warfarin, rivaroxaban, dipyridamole, oral contraceptives, estrogen and Chinese medicine related to coagulation; (3) Extensive bruising due to injury in the last 2 weeks;(4) A history of blood donation in the past 3 months; (5) Have a history of surgery, clear liver disease, coagulation dysfunction, immune system disease, allergy and other clear diagnosis of serious diseases in the past 1 month. (6) Any other serious medical conditions that the investigator believes may put the subject at risk by participating in the trial or that may affect the study results.
