18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Male and female patients aged 18-75 years old; (2)Previously or currently suffering from plaque psoriasis, and a symptomatic flare-up lasting = 6 months; (3)The diagnosis meets the Classification and Diagnostic Criteria for Psoriatic Arthritis (CASPAR); (4)The diagnosis meets Hospital Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale (HADS-A) = 7; (5)Currently, joint swelling =1 (66 in total) and joint tenderness =1 (68 in total).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Patient had systematically used Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors before the study; (2)Patients had a history of fibromyalgia or currently diagnosed with inflammatory joint disease other than psoriasis; (3)Those with a history of reactive arthritis or axial spondyloarthritis, including ankylosing spondylitis and nonradiographic axial spondylitis; (4)Patients with active tuberculosis or other serious infectious disease,with moderate to severe heart failure; (5)Those with combined malignant tumors or psychiatric disorders.
