Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 2 ~ 14 years old; (2) Patients in the disabled children group meet the definition of disabled children (3) Physiological and biochemical indexes before general anesthesia meet the requirements of general anesthesia surgery (4) The guardian can cooperate to complete the health questionnaire, and can continue to complete the questionnaire after the operation (5) Informed consent
