Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Thyroid cancer inclusion criteria: pathological biopsy was thyroid cancer; (2) Thyroid nodules inclusion criteria: benign nodules showed by color Doppler ultrasound: regular edge, aspect ratio>1; no calcification; No other malignant signs included solid hypoechoic nodules, absence of halo, extrathyroidal extension, abnormal ultrasound signs of cervical lymph nodes, etc. The abnormal signs of cervical lymph nodes mainly included microcalcification, cystic degeneration, hyperecho and peripheral blood flow in the lymph nodes. In addition, the lymph nodes were round, irregular or blurred boundary, uneven internal echo, lymph hilum disappearance or unclear boundary between cortex and medulla. (3) Healthy controls: Healthy individuals matched with the experimental group in terms of age, gender, native place, and feeding way

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Including acute or chronic inflammatory diseases, infectious diseases, or are receiving antibiotics, probiotics, probiotics, or any other may be included in the 3 months before the impact of the gut microbiota medication of patients; (2) Persistent vomiting, or suspected of digestive tract obstruction; (3) Gastrectomy, stomach bottom fold surgery, colostomy digestive system such as the colon surgery; (4) Used antibiotics within the past 3 months and continued for 3 days or more; (5) Moderate and severe renal injury (serum creatinine>2 mg/dL or tendency for 177 / L); Moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; Patients with severe hypertension and cerebrovascular accident; (6) He had taken drugs that could cause peripheral neuropathy, such as isoniazid and furazolidone, and had serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic diseases; (7) Suffering from severe organic diseases, such as cancer, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and stroke; (8) Suffering from infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and HIV; (9) Patients with severe diabetic complications, such as diabetic ketosis, ketoacidosis, lactic acidosis, diabetic hyperosmolar state, diabetic foot, and severe retinopathy; (10) Heavy drinking (drinking more than 5 times a week, an average of 2 pieces of liquor or half jin of yellow rice wine or 5 bottles of beer or more); (11) Medical treatment for cholecystitis, gastrointestinal ulcer, urinary tract infection, acute pyelonephritis, cystitis, hyperthyroidism and other thyroid dysfunction within the past 3 months; (12) Pregnancy and nursing mothers; (13) Anemia: Hb<10g/dl; (14) Physical disability, or other reasons cause the life cannot provide for oneself, can't recall clearly, answer questions, or there is a clear movement disorders; (15) There was no guarantee of adequate time to participate in the study.
