16 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a clinical diagnosis of pfCD; (2) Patients aged over 16 years old with no limited sex; (3) Adopt the principle of patient voluntary, can tolerate enhanced MRI examination and can check according to the prescribed methods; (4) Conforming to the surgical indications; (5) Consent to the follow-up after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Patients who were unable to complete the MRI examination; 3.Patients allergic to contrast agents; 4. Patients with symptoms such as intestinal perforation and intestinal obstruction; 5. Patients with endoscopy and pathology suggesting possible malignant lesions; 6. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 7. Other circumstances that not not unsuitable to participate.
