Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. between 18 and 75 years of age, regardless of gender. 2. History of the following during ICU stay (patients exposed to high temperature and humidity, patients performing intense exercise) and meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Expert Consensus on Standardized Treatment of Heat Stroke (core temperature > 40°C, central nervous system abnormalities, including extreme fatigue, persistent headache, motor incoordination, inappropriate behavior, impaired judgment, altered mental status, convulsions, delirium or coma) and possible Patients with new onset (less than 48 hours after diagnosis) pyrexia with heavy sweating or no sweating, or with life-threatening multiorgan damage (e.g., nausea, vomiting and syncope, abdominal pain, diarrhea, acute respiratory distress syndrome, heat-related liver function abnormalities, hypotension, tachycardia and heart failure, renal failure, coagulation abnormalities, rhabdomyolysis, etc.).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. women during pregnancy. 2. Immunosuppressed status including history of malignancy, long-term use of hormonal or immunosuppressive drugs (including antifungal and antiviral drugs), HIV or other immunodeficiency diseases, history of organ transplantation. 3. use of immune-enhancing drugs (e.g., thymidine, interleukin, gammaglobulin, etc.). 4. ICU stay less than 24 hours
