18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are going to undergo pancreaticoduodenectomy; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years; 3. The heart and lung functions are basically sound, without obvious organic diseases, and can tolerate pancreaticoduodenectomy; 4. Good compliance; 5. Agree and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had poor preoperative cardiopulmonary function and could not tolerate surgery; 2. Imaging clearly indicates that the tumor invades the superior mesenteric artery, or invades the superior mesenteric vein more than 180°; preoperative imaging or intraoperative exploration indicates distant metastasis of the tumor; 3. Preoperative total bilirubin higher than 400umol/L; 4. Malnutrition.
