18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Male or female subjects between the ages of 18 and 65 years. ?Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis defined by Consencus on the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease(2018,Beijing) ?The lesion involves the ileum and (or) the colon. ?Individuals schduled for standard biologics treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Individuals who change the treatment plan midway through. ?Individuals who received a surgery during the induction of remission. ?Pregnant women or individuals who are obese (BMI> 35 kg/m). ?Individuals who are allergic to the coupling agent and contrast agent used by ultrasound. ?Individuals with other severe systemic diseases or mental disorders that are not appropriate for the study.
