Interventions

Extracorporeal shock wave group at 4HZ:4HZ extracorporeal shock wave therapy + routine training 4HZ ESWT group: (1) Shock wave type: extraneous extracorporeal shock wave
(2) Treatment site: the most prominent midpoint of the medial and lateral head of gastrocnemius muscle and the junction of tendon
(3) Treatment frequency: 1 day, 2 times/week, for 3 weeks
(4) Shock wave parameters: frequency (2000 times), pressure (2bar), frequency (4HZ).
Extracorporeal shock wave group at 10HZ:10HZ extracorporeal shock wave therapy + routine training 10HZ ESWT group: (1) Shock wave type: extraneous extracorporeal shock wave
Shock wave parameters: frequency (2000 times), pressure (2bar), frequency (10HZ).
Routine training group:The routine training group received routine rehabilitation training: exercise therapy, occupational therapy, language training, physiotherapy, massage, etc.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria in the Diagnostic Points of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019, the patient was diagnosed with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage by craniocerebral CT or MRI; (2) Duration of disease =12 months; (3) 30 years = age =75 years; (4) First and unilateral hemiplegia; (5) Triceps spasm, grade 1 = improved Ashworth grade =3; (6) MMSE > 24 points, can cooperate to complete the treatment: (7) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The condition is unstable, complicated with serious primary diseases of the heart, lung, kidney, hematopoietic system, malignant tumors, severe epilepsy, combined with lumbar sacral canal disease or severe osteoporosis; (2) Patients with venous thrombosis or severe arterial or venous stenosis or coagulation dysfunction in the lower extremities of the affected side; (3) Patients with ankle contracture history, lower limb fracture history, surgical history, severe arthritis, amputation, etc.; (4) local inflammation, infection or skin rupture; (5) Local metal internal fixation or installation of cardiac pacemakers in the lower leg; (6) Excluding those who have participated in other relevant studies.
