Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) NSCLC confirmed by histopathological or cytological examination; 2) Aged between 18 and 80 years (including 18 and 80 years); 3) Clinical stage: Stage IV; 4) Negative driver gene; 5) First-line use of platinum-based chemotherapy combined with PD-(L)1 therapy; 6) There is at least one measurable lesion; 7) ECOG score 0-2; 8) Blood routine, blood biochemistry and other laboratory tests meet the requirements; 9) Sign informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Bleeding of = CTCAE grade 3 occurred within 4 weeks before enrollment; Need for long-term application Anticoagulants or vitamin K antagonists (such as warfarin, heparin, or their analogs); 2) Brain metastases with clinical symptoms; 3) Expected survival = 3 months; 4) Suffering from other systemic malignant diseases; 5) Combined with serious cardiovascular disease; 6) Have a serious infectious disease.
