Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-60 years old, regardless of gender; ? BMI of subjects in the experimental group = 28kg/m ²; ? Those who did not undergo other treatments related to this study before participating in the study; ? Volunteer to join the treatment and sign an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects The subject has no history of chronic diseases, other related diseases are excluded, and their BMI is between 18.5-23.9kg/m ² Healthy population.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? BMI<28; ? Pregnant or lactating individuals; ? Individuals who are allergic to animal protein; ? Those who are severely afraid of needles, dizziness, or metal allergies; ? Patients with coagulation disorders, taking anticoagulants, or related diseases such as tumors and blood, or severe heart, liver, kidney damage, or generally in poor condition who are unable to cooperate; ? Craniocerebral injury caused by trauma or other reasons, or having undergone craniocerebral surgery due to illness; ? All Contraindication of MRI (such as those with pacemakers, Insulin pump, dentures, Artificial heart valves, other metals in the body, and Claustrophobia).
