Interventions

ZhanZhuang Qigong group:ZhanZhuang Qigong training, the first week is the learning stage, the second week to the eighth week is the practice stage, 5 times a week, 30min each time
Conventional rehabilitation group:Core muscle strength training, reducing muscle tension training and enhancing proprioception training.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Parkinson's disease meets the recommended criteria of Chinese Clinical Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's Disease (2016); (2) Age 45-70 years old; (3) in the improved Hoehn-Yahr stage 1 ~ 3; (4) The condition is stable and can remain standing after taking conventional Parkinson's drugs; (6) No serious cognitive dysfunction, can learn the standing pile action; (MMSE score, literacy >17, primary level >20, secondary level >22); (7) Agree to participate in the study and group, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with more serious heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction or cancer; (2) Unable to stand due to severe knee diseases such as severe knee osteoarthritis and knee trauma; (3) There is a history of organic loss of the spine and the muscles and ligaments around the spine, and it is not suitable for spine training;
