Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Home tube-feeding patients and tube-feeding patients in nursing institutions in Hangzhou were selected as the study subjects. Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old; ? Discharged from the hospital with a tube for =12 weeks; ? Stable condition and good mental status; ? Informed consent to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? patients with limited self-care ability and lack of long-term care; ? patients and caregivers are not able to use smartphones.
