Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In the retrospective study section, patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning from January 1, 2019 to November 2023 were retrospectively collected. In the prospective study section, patients treated in our hospital after acute carbon monoxide poisoning were included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: In the retrospective study section, cases with severe incomplete clinical data affecting data collection and disease assessment were excluded. In the prospective study section, patients who refused to sign informed consent forms, had pre-existing brain and nerve function injuries before the onset of the disease, had severe clinical data deficiencies that hindered collection, and were unable to access outcomes were excluded.
