Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PTSD and ASD screening positive and confirmed patients Inclusion criteria: a. Personal experience of serious physical injury (e.g. violence, car accident, fall, fire, mine accident, explosion, earthquake, sexual assault, etc.) or high stressors; b. Between the ages of 18 and 70; c. Clear consciousness, able to accept all kinds of questionnaires; d. Volunteer to join the group and sign informed consent with the guardian; e. Education level above primary school does not affect the understanding of the questionnaire; If all the above criteria are "yes", the patient (subject) can be enrolled. People who screen positive for depression Inclusion criteria: a. Positive screening for depression; b. Between the ages of 18 and 70; c. Clear consciousness, able to accept all kinds of questionnaires; d. Volunteer to join the group and sign informed consent with the guardian; e. Education level above primary school does not affect the understanding of the questionnaire; f: No other major stress events occurred within one year; If all the above criteria are "yes", the patient (subject) can be enrolled.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Suffering from serious physical diseases such as heart, brain, liver and kidney; b. Previous diagnosis of mental illness or mental retardation; c. Cushing syndrome, Addison's disease and other endocrine diseases; d. pregnancy status; e. Pituitary or adrenal tumor; f. I and the guardian do not sign the informed consent; g. Patients with severe illness or emotional agitation were unable to accept the investigator. If any of the above criteria is "yes", the patient (subject) will not be enrolled.
