18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) clear diagnosed with diabetes, ranging in age from 18 to 75 years old; (2) Willing to cooperate with the doctor's questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Excluding neuropathy caused by other causes, such as cervical and lumbar lesions (nerve root compression, spinal stenosis, cervical and lumbar degeneration), cerebral infarction, Guillain-Barre syndrome, severe arteriovenous vascular lesions (venous embolism, lymphangitis); (2) severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency (serum creatinine clearance < 30ml/min, alanine aminotransferase =2.5 times the upper limit of normal, total bilirubin =1.5 times the upper limit of normal; Chronic cardiac insufficiency, cardiac function grade III or above); (3) Patients with malignant tumors; (4) Diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperglycemic hyperosmolar syndrome, diabetic lactic acidosis and other acute complications; (5) pregnant or lactating women; (6) mental patients; (7) Type 1 diabetes; (8) The participants are receiving other relevant treatments that may affect the indicators of this study.
