Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From 2022 to 2023, 20 patients with anterior subcapsular cataract diagnosed in our hospital for phacoemulsification were collected, and 20 normal lenses were taken from donor eyeballs of cornea transplantation matched with sex and age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other types of cataract
