Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for the first time; 2. Those who are forbidden to drink or eat as required before operation; 3. In good mental condition; 4. Preoperative assessment of airway grade 1-2; 5. Aged 40-70; 6.Duration of surgery=3h

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of respiratory diseases; 2. Previous history of airway injury or treatment; 3. Patients with difficult airway; 4. Patients with oral ulcer.
