Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 1 month to 12 months; (2) Patients undergo elective surgery; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who meet one of the following criteria shall not be considered as selected cases: (1) Children or their legal guardians refuse to participate in this study; (2) Patients undergo cardiac or neurological surgery; (3) Patients with neurodevelopmental disorders or other neurological disorders. (4) Unable to complete delirium assessment due to visual or hearing impairment; (5) Deep sedation (Richmond Agitation Sedation Score -4 or -5) or in coma.
