Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Families with left-behind children under 6 years in rural areas (one or two parents move to other areas, and the children is left in the domicile place), families with migrant children under 6 years in cities (Migrant parents leave their domicile place and live in other areas with their children for more than half a year), or local families with children under 6 years in rural or urban areas; 2.Family members have certain communication skills, and can understand and cooperate with the whole study; 3.For the pilot study of health education, the families should have intention to settle in the current residence for more than 2 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Families that are not enrolled in the vaccination system or whose vaccination information for children are not available.
