Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria (including cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage); 2. Age =25 years old and =80 years old, duration of disease =1 year, gender unlimited; 3. Primary school education or above; 4. People who have independent or assisted walking ability but still have walking dysfunction (including but not limited to asymmetric walking pattern of bilateral lower limbs, slow walking speed, weak balance, etc.); 5.Holden walking function grade =2 6. Patients with Brunnstrom stroke recovery grade of lower extremity =3 7. The subject and his legal guardian understand and agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebellar lesion; 2. Patients who refuse or cannot cooperate with the therapist for routine training and cannot tolerate behavioral assessment for half an hour to one hour; 3. Patients with nerve or musculoskeletal diseases that affect walking function and are not caused by stroke, such as fresh unhealed fractures, joint pain, and ASL; 4. Serious heart, liver and kidney diseases, skin diseases, infectious diseases or pregnancy of women; 5. Obvious pain, sleep disorder, mental disorder; 6. There are taboos for TMS examination.
