Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with sepsis according to Sepsis 3: (1) Infection or highly suspected infection; ? and SOFA score =2 points; (2) Patients diagnosed with sepsis associated liver injury according to the Save Sepsis Campaign: ? bilirubin > 34.2µmol/L and international standardization ratio (INR) > 1.5; ALT or AST is 10 times higher than the upper limit of normal; (3) Age =18 years old; (4) Informed consent to the process and purpose of this study, voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute onset of chronic liver disease or chronic liver dysfunction; (2) drug-induced liver injury; (3) History of liver transplantation; (4) Sepsis was diagnosed more than 24 hours before enrollment; (5) History of blood transfusion;
