Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who test positive by the urea breath test; (2) Patients who are willing to receive eradication therapy in our department and complete the post-treatment evaluation, and have documented results (eradication success or failure); (3) Age: 18~75 years old; (4) None of the drugs that affected the results of the study, such as proton pump inhibitors, H2 receptor antagonists, bismuth agents or antibiotics; (5) He was fully informed of the carbon thirteen examination and agreed to participate in the retrospective analysis study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Refuse to sign the informed consent form; (2) Patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors; (3) patients with upper gastrointestinal surgery; (4) Serious concomitant diseases that cannot tolerate treatment; (5) Patients with severe liver and kidney function damage, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and mental illness; (6) Patients with allergies to the drugs used in this study; (7) Pregnant women or lactating women; (8) Patients with other medical conditions that may increase adverse treatment reactions (such as alcohol abuse). (9) Patients with incomplete medical records or missing basic data (for example, treatment outcomes, basic clinical factors). (10) had a history of H. pylori eradication therapy in the past two years. (11) Patients with known or suspected allergy or contraindication to the drugs
