Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Chinese university students; (2) because the study was a psychoeducational program, anyone who voluntarily enrolled and had some degree of social anxiety was eligible for inclusion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Situations of suicidal ideation or crisis; (2) in cases of an ongoing mental illness
