Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Aged 60-85 years old (inclusive) who are ready to undergo colonoscopy, both male and female; ? The patients were healthy in the past, and no other serious diseases were found after a comprehensive physical examination before enrollment; ? Patients with clear awareness, active cooperation, and able to complete intestinal preparation according to the doctor's advice; ? Join the group voluntarily and sign the informed consent, and the informed consent process complies with the relevant provisions of GCP.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Does not meet the above inclusion criteria; ? Renal insufficiency; ? A known history of allergy to the investigational agent or any of its related ingredients; ? Participate in other clinical trials within the past 1 month; ? Patients with suspected chronic or non-inflammatory diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, gastrointestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal stenosis, and patients with a history of abdominal surgery; ? Severe primary diseases such as ascites, diabetes, coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, heart failure, hypertension, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, tumor and mental illness.
