Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18-65 years old, gender is not limited; (2) no history of acute or chronic diseases; (3) According to the Chinese adult overweight and obesity screening BMI classification standards, meet the overweight (BMI > 23.9) and obesity (BMI=28.0) standards. (4) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have taken antibiotics within one month; (2) secondary obesity (hypothalamic obesity and hypercortisolism), drug-induced obesity, hypothyroidism obesity, etc.; (3) Patients with serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, serious chronic metabolic diseases, and doctors strictly monitor their diet and exercise; (4) Patients with other mental diseases such as clinical depression; (5) People whose weight is unstable within six months or who have recently taken weight loss products; (6) People who are participating in other formal weight loss programs; (7) Women who plan to become pregnant within six months or who are already pregnant and breastfeeding; (8) People with pacemakers or other types of built-in electronic medical equipment; (9) People who have undergone gallbladder surgery or other major surgery within one year; (10) People who often travel and work night shifts and cannot guarantee the completion of experiments in accordance with regulations; (11) Individuals with other chronic diseases.
