Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of diabetes by referring to the Diagnosis and Treatment of Diabetes (2nd Edition); (2) The osteoporosis of DOP patients met the relevant diagnostic criteria in the Diagnostic Criteria for Primary Osteoporosis of Chinese People (Trial); (3) Age 30 ~ 86 years old, relevant treatment data and clinical records are complete; (4) The patient knows and understands all the contents of the informed consent and signs it voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Osteoporosis caused by related drugs; (2) acute fracture; (3) Diagnosis of diseases such as reduced or hyperparathyroidism; (4) Confirmed serious functional diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, etc.; (5) Intolerance or allergy to the drugs in this study; (6) Lost visitors.
