Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-80;The American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) is classified as I-II;Open reduction and internal fixation surgery (ORIF) for unilateral ankle joint fractures (single ankle/double ankle/triple ankle) under general anesthesia;Time from injury to surgery = 24 hours; BMI18-28kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Medical contraindications for nerve block (such as coagulation disorders, allergies to local anesthetics, or local infections and neurological diseases); Multiple injuries or fractures; Delaying surgery due to skin blisters or severe swelling at the fracture site; Abnormal physical development; Cognitive or mental dysfunction; Pregnancy; Receiving chronic pain treatment; Long term use of sedative and analgesic drugs before surgery
