Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of PGP with reference to the 2011 updated diagnostic criteria for pelvic girdle pain. (2) Age between 20 and 40 years, postpartum women. (3) Those without a history of pelvic disease and urinary tract infections, urinary stones and malformations. (4) Those who voluntarily participated in this test and signed the informed consent form..

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients during pregnancy and lactation; acute phase of pelvic inflammatory disease and history of pelvic surgery within the last 3 months. (2) Unclean malignant fluid or menstrual flow; poorly healed vulvar wounds. (3) Those with previous surgery on the lumbar spine, pelvic girdle, hip, etc. (4) Mental disorders, those with significant physical defects, major diseases and cognitive impairment.
