Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Definite histological or cytological diagnosis; (2) Stage IIIB or IV non-squamous NSCLC; (3) Tumor lesions that can be measured or evaluated; (4) Initial treatment; (5) PS score 0~2; (6) Expected survival time > 3 months; (7) The hematopoietic function of bone marrow was basically normal, and the liver and renal function were normal.

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other malignancies
