Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inpatients at our hospital receiving linezolid treatment, 2.Aged = 18 years, 3.Linezolid intravenous infusion treatment for =2 days, 4.Receiving therapeutic drug monitoring at least once during the treatment period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with incomplete clinical data and medication history or those who did not undergo regular platelet monitoring during the follow-up period, 2.Pregnant or breastfeeding patients, 3.Patients with trauma, major bleeding, or undergoing surgical treatment, 4.Patients with abnormally low (400×10^9/L) platelet counts before using linezolid, 5.Blood samples from patients who have already developed thrombocytopenia.
